By including quiet time with God, pampering yourself, or reading a good book?
Make a list of at least ten activities that make you feel peaceful and start practicing as many as possible every day. Keep adding to this list. Who knows? One day, maybe you’ll have written so much down that you’ll write a book about peacefulness. Then, you'll be the expert.
